Oakland's cemetery/ Cimetière d'Oakland

Le cimetière d'Oakland est situé sur les hauteurs de la ville, avec vue imprenable sur la baie. Il a été conçu par Frederic Law Olmstead, qui s'est aussi occupé du Central Park à New York.
The Oakland cemetery is situated on a hill with a great view of the bay. It's been built by the same architect who planned Central Park in New York.

Camping in Big Sur

Et oui encore Big Sur! On aime beaucoup cet endroit, et on voulait y amener Tiago et Susanne.
Yep, Big Sur again! We love this place and we wanted to bring Tiago and Susanne there.

Decors paradisiaques, malheureusement il ne fait jamais assez chaud pour se baigner ici.
Beautiful decor but unfortunately the whether is never warm enough to swim.

Muir Woods / Sausalito

Toujours dans le conté Marin, on descend du Mont Tamalpais pour se retrouver dans la foret de séquoias appelée Muir Woods.
Continuing in the Marin County we come down Mount Tamalpais and find ourselves in the Sequoia forest called Muir Woods.









Puis on descend encore plus pour se retrouver sur la baie, à Sausalito, un petit port de pêche très charmant, avec vue sur San Francisco.
Then we go down further into the bay, to Sausalito, a small charming fishing port with a view over San Francisco.

Mount Tamalpais

Le mont Tamalpais est juste de l'autre côté du pont Golden Gate, mais on y était encore jamais allé. Heureusement on a de la visite d'Allemagne, Tiago et Susanne, et ça nous motive pour visiter les environs.
Mount Tamalpais is just on the other side of the Golden Gate, but we had never gone there yet. Thanks to Tiago and Susanne who're visiting us from Germany we decided to finally go there.









Y a pas qu'en Lorraine ou y a des chardons! Bon d'accord ceux-ci sont bien moins impressionnants :)
Yep, thistles are not just in Lorraine! Well okay, the ones here are less impressive :)
