2e weekend avec Fab (suite)

2e weekend suite: lundi est ferié. On traverse le bay bridge et on se rend sur les hauteurs de San Francisco

Rafraîchissement dans le quartier Mission.

Puis on fuit le brouillard qui commence à envahir la ville, on retraverse la baie dans l'autre sens et on monte sur les hauteurs de Berkeley.

2e weekend avec Fab

La glacière est remplie, on peut partir en weekend.
The ice box is full, we can leave for the weekend.

Premier arrêt dans les montagnes de Santa Cruz pour admirer les grands redwoods, avec Lindsey, Ivan, Ozan, Aleks et Fab.
First stop in the mountains of Santa Cruse to check out the huge redwoods with Lindsey, Ivan, Ozan, Aleks and Fab.

Petite pause dans le farwest.
Little break in the far west.

Puis direction la plage pour camper la nuit. Ozan s'occupe du feu.

And we camp for the night. Ozan is in charge of the camp fire.

Le lendemain matin on profite de la plage du camping.
The next morning we enjoy the beach near our camping site.

Puis on roule vers le sud direction le Monument National de Pinnacles.
And we go south towards the Pinnacles National Monument.

1er weekend avec Fab

Le cousino/fillolo Fabien est venu nous rendre visite yay! Premier grand voyage pour lui. Deniz a malheureusement dû se rendre à Paris pendant une partie de son séjour, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'en profiter. Premier weekend, visite du Mont Tamalapais, au dessus de la mer de brouillard.
Alex's cousin Fabien came to visit us a couple of weeks ago! His first big trip across the ocean. Deniz unfortunately had to leave to Paris and was absent during part of his visit so we had time to do quite a few things in her absence. The first weekend, we went to Mont Tamalpais over the ocean and the fog.

Puis construction de château de sable sur la plage de Bolinas.
Then we head out to Bolinas to construct some sand castles.

On remonte ensuite sur les falaises et on récupère le brouillard.
Before going going up on the cliffs where the fog meets us again.

Le lendemain, visite de la vallée du vin de Sonoma, et petite degust de Zinfandels.
The next day, we visit some wineries in Sonoma, and taste some Zinfandel of course.

Ozan fait son show au resto.
Ozan entertains his crowd in the restaurant.
