3 mois / 3 months

J'ai déjà trois mois! Pour fêter ça on est allé manger des sushis.
I'm already three months old! To celebrate this, we went to eat sushi.

Hey mamie faut utiliser les deux baguettes!
Hey grandma, you need to learn how to use chop sticks!

Je suis bien moi dans les bras de la serveuse.
It was nice to be in the arms of our waitress

Très bien même.
Very nice!

Et en rentrant chez nous plein de cadeaux m'attendaient! Un requin marteau, un joli hochet,
And when we went back home plenty of gifts were waiting for me! A hammer shark, a nice green ball that makes sounds,

un faisan et plein de voitures!!! Merci papy et mamie :)
a pretty bird and many little cars!!! Thank you grandma and grandpa :)

3 semaines avec Papy Mamie / 3 weeks with Papy Mamie

Oh la la que je me suis bien amusé avec papy et mamie ces derniers temps! Écoutez écoutez, je vais vous raconter!
Gee did I have fun with granny and grandpa in the past few weeks! Listen to me, I will tell you all about it!


D'abord on est allé sur une grande plage près de Point Reyes.
First we went on the big Beach near Point Reyes.

Il y avait du brouillard mais c'était quand même trop lumineux pour mes petits yeux, alors j'ai fait ma star avec les lunettes de maman.
There was a lot of fog but it was still too bright for my little eyes so I borrowed mom's sunglasses.



Après on est allé manger des bonnes huîtres au barbecue, comme avec mamie Sevim.
Then we went on to eating some barbecued oysters at the same place as with grandma Sevim.


Et pis un autre jour on s'est promené dans une forêt de séquoias. Les arbres étaient très très grands, 200 fois ma taille me disait papa.
And another time we went to visit a sequoia forest. The trees were so very big, 200 times my size as my dad told me

Il faisait pas très chaud, heureusement j'avais mon joli bonnet tricoté par mémère Marie.
It was rather chilli out, thankfully I had my pretty wool hat knit by my great grandmother Marie.


Même qu'on a tous pu rentrer dans un arbre!
We could even all fit in one of the trees!

J'avais un peu peur que les arbres me tombent sur la tête alors je me protégeais bien.
I was a little scared that the big trees fall on my head so I put my hand over it to protect myself



Après il a fallu encore prendre la voiture. On allait toujours très loin en voiture, et au bout d'un moment je finissais par m'endormir, mais à chaque fois on me réveillait car on était arrivé quelque part. Moi j'aimais pas ça du tout, alors je pleurais un peu, normal quoi.
Then we had to take the car once more. We were always going so very far by car and I always fell asleep after a while, but each time I had to wake up when we arrived at a new place. I didn;t like that at all, so I cried a little..


Et même un soir on a dormi dans un motel. C'était rigolo de dormir ailleurs que dans mon lit.
One evening we event slept in a motel. It was fun to sleep in a different place then my own bed.




Après le motel on est allé voir des jolis poissons tout colorés. J'ai beaucoup aimé!
After the motel, we went to see beautiful and colorful fish. I loved it!




Et pis après on est encore allé sur une plage pour manger un petit peu. Il y avait beaucoup de vent. Papy prenait des photos d'oiseaux.
Then we went on another beach and had a little picnic. There was a lot of wind. Grandpa took pictures of birds.

Et maman me protégeait.
And mom protected me from the wind.

Il y avait de très grandes algues étranges.
There were huge, strange looking algae,



Voilà voilà, plein de trucs on a fait ensemble. C'était drôlement chouette, mais bon un peu fatigant quand même.
So you see we've done plenty of things together. It was really cool but a little bit tiring for me.
